REGULATIONS FOR USE OF THE ARTEMIO FRANCHI STADIUM IN SIENA FOR SIENA FOOTBALL CLUB


The purpose of these regulations is to regulate the access, presence, and behavior of spectators within the Artemio Franchi stadium in Siena, where Siena Football Club matches are held, in compliance with current legislation (art. 1-septies of Legislative Decree no. 28/2003, converted into Law no. 88/2003).


Definitions and General Rules

"Sports Club" means Siena Football Club SpA. "Stadium" or "Sports Facility" means the Stadio Artemio Franchi in Siena, including all associated internal and external areas, including the areas reserved for athletes, staff, and workers. By purchasing a ticket, the holder expressly accepts the Terms and Conditions, which can be viewed on the Siena Football Club official website (https://sienafootball.com) and at all stadium access points.

Failure to comply with the regulations will result in the offender's immediate removal from the facility and the imposition of an administrative fine ranging from €100 to €500, with the possibility of increasing the fine up to half the maximum in the event of a repeat offense, as well as a ban from accessing sports facilities.







Prohibited Behaviors

It is forbidden to adopt violent, abusive, offensive, or discriminatory behavior of a racial, ethnic, or religious nature, as well as to adopt behaviors that pose a threat to safety. Violations will result in removal from the stadium. The following are also prohibited:

  • Introduction of weapons, pyrotechnic materials and dangerous objects;
  • Covering one's face with masks, scarves, or hoods to conceal one's identity;
  • Invasion of the pitch and climbing over security barriers;
  • Incitement to violence or discrimination.

  • Bringing in dangerous objects, such as lasers, flares, fireworks, or spiked umbrellas;
  • Smoking in prohibited areas of the stadium;
  • Introducing animals of any kind;
  • Access while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs;
  • Bringing professional video cameras without authorization.

Video Surveillance and Personal Data Processing

The stadium is equipped with a video surveillance system for security purposes. Recordings will be retained for up to seven days and may be made available to the competent authorities upon request. Personal data will be processed in compliance with current legislation (GDPR 679/2016).

Rules of Conduct for the Containment of Covid-19

During the state of health emergency caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, spectators must comply with all national and regional regulations, as well as the specific rules established by the Club. The use of protective masks will be mandatory, with the possibility of lowering them only for identity verification by stewards. Failure to comply with these rules will be considered a violation of the rules of use.

Events Organized by the Company

The Company reserves the right to organize events, promotions, or performances inside the stadium without requiring further authorization.

Conclusions

These regulations are binding on all visitors to the stadium. Failure to comply with any of the rules will result in the application of the applicable sanctions, including expulsion from the facility.
