The following information applies to the home matches of the Siena FC men's first team. The women's first team will currently play their home matches at the Bertoni Sports Complex in Acquacalda, with free admission for Season Ticket holders and 5€ tickets.

Reduced tickets are available for Over 65, Under 18, and people with disabilities (disability certificate 50–99%).

Tickets are available through the following channels:

- Siena Club Fedelissimi
- Sottopassaggio La Lizza / Siena FC Store
- During the week, tickets can be purchased at the Siena FC Store in Piazza Madre Teresa di Calcutta (stadium parking entrance, former tourist info point).
- On match day, for public safety and accessibility reasons, tickets no longer will be sold at Sottopassaggio La Lizza, but at the Automatic Ticket Machine in the parking lot on Viale Maccari, in front of the bar, to access the Danilo Nannini covered stand.
Specific opening hours for each point of sale will be announced for each home match.
